TOGETHER WITH SUSANNE YAKES, ANETA DEMIR & SEBASTIAN STAKSET PRESENTS

IT'S ENOUGH!

A gathering for a society without gun violence

OUR Why
Sweden is polarized. Sweden is dangerous. And far too many children grow up in fear. Violence is everywhere.
Over the past ten years, almost 500 people have been shot to death in our country, and Sweden now tops the statistics in Europe for fatal gun violence. This is not normal, and it must never be accepted.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH is Europe's largest gathering against gun violence – a national mobilization against the fear and indifference that is paralyzing our society.
This is not an event.
It is a call for responsibility in a national crisis.
SÄPO warns annually about the increase in subversive influence operations, with the aim of dividing society, undermining trust and weakening confidence in our institutions.
When fear increases and cohesion decreases, our children are always the first to pay the price.
Sweden's regions, municipalities, business and civil society must now stand together.
Not individually. Not later.
Without now.
Together we can be the force that says:
We do not abandon our children.
We refuse to give up our country.
Responsibility. Resistance!
That's enough now.

About that's enough
Europe's largest gathering against gun violence

Who are we?
We are people who have lost someone we love to gang violence. We are relatives.
Behind this appeal are we who mourn together with the organization Ideas for Life & the Allmänna Barnhuset Foundation in collaboration with Unicef Sweden, Non Violence Project, BRIS, Save the Children, and about a dozen more organizations.
A mother whose 12-year-old daughter was shot to death while out walking her dog. A sister whose brother was murdered for his civic courage – in front of their son. A mother whose son was shot to death on his way home. A father who lost his son in a so-called “misfire” and who over the past ten years has had to attend over 40 children’s funerals, just in his area.
These are our lives. Our losses. Our reality.
Thank you for standing with us in the fight.
See you at It's Enough!
